Welcome to Faye's Border Collies of Decatur, Arkansas. We are a small kennel devoted to breeding and raising exceptional Border Collie puppies for responsible buyers. Our parents are working, stock dogs and our females are only bred once a year, allowing us to socialize our puppies and introduce them to the wonders of being a Border Collie! They are lovingly handled every day, and at 6 weeks of age they go to a doggy day care for socializing. They travel with us as much as possible. Faye's Border Collies make a wonderful addition to the homes they are placed in, and we are very proud our puppies. Our dogs and puppies are both AKC and ABCA registered. As a responsible, experienced breeder, the health, longevity and well-being of our dogs and puppies - and the ultimate satisfaction of our puppy buyers - are our first concerns. Our Border Collies are regularly vet checked and carefully screened for health problems, including CERF Eyes (normal) and OFA certified hips. Puppies are vet checked, vaccinated and dewormed before being placed in their new homes, and we stand behind the health of our puppies with a 26 month guarantee on hips and eyes. Companion puppies are sold with a spay/neuter agreement and limited registration. In placing our puppies, our goal is to find the very best homes for them that we possibly can. We look for responsible, knowledgeable puppy buyers that are ready, willing and able to accept the responsibilities that go along with Border Collie ownership. Border Collies are not couch potatoes, and they need an active lifestyle and plenty of love and attention. A securely fenced yard is a must, as is the time, facilities and resources to provide for a puppy's needs. We want each puppy to have a long, happy and healthy life with a loving family. We love to stay in touch with our new "extended" family members, and are happy to provide any advice and support that you may need as you adjust to life with your new Border Collie puppy. We sincerely hope that all my puppy placements are permanent, but Faye's Border Collie puppies are always welcome home in the event that the new owners are unable to keep them for any reason. Our next planned breedings are with Maggie and Quantum Leap Curly, then with FA Doll and Quantum Leap Curly. We do not expect any reds with these litters, but we should have some long haired puppies.
